Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To accommodate our clients, we offer a flexible cancellation policy that allows for free cancellations and reschedules up to 12 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Early Cancellations
You may cancel your appointment without any charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Login to your account, click on “My Schedule”, select your appointment and click Cancel, that session will be added into your account.
A cancellation email will be sent to you so keep a lookout for it!
Whenever you are ready to re-book your appointment with us, log in to your account and select the same service to arrange your appoointment.
Late Cancellations and No Shows
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment start time will incur a cancellation fee of the entire session.
Clients who do not show up for their appointment will incur a no show fee of the entire session.
Rescheduling
Clients wishing to reschedule their appointment may do so without penalty as long as the rescheduling is completed 12 hours prior to the original appointment time.
Clients who reschedule their appointment within 12 hours prior to the original appointment time will incur a rescheduling fee of the entire session fee.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our cancellation policy. This allows us to serve all our clients effectively and ensure that appointment slots are available for those who need them. Thank you for choosing us!
Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of skincare and yoni care products, we are unable to accept returns for used or opened items.
Your satisfaction is important to us, so we will make things right where possible.
🧴 Returns Eligibility
We accept returns or offer replacements only under the following conditions:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Your item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Return is requested within 7 days of delivery.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used skincare and yoni care products (due to hygiene).
Sale items, promotional bundles, or free gifts.
💳 Refunds
Approved refunds will be:
Issued to the original payment method, or
Offered as store credit.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.

✈️ Processing & Delivery Times
Order Processing: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery (Singapore): 2–4 business days after processing.
Orders placed after 6PM (SGT) will be processed the following business day.
📍 Shipping Rates
Local (Singapore): Flat rate of SGD $4.50 or free for orders above $100.
📬 Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
